Branding for digital recruiting agency
Beta Online is an online HRTech agency with a focus on providing lead generation services for mass hiring. At the time of the task, the company did not have any identity, everything had to be developed from scratch.
Lay the foundations of branding and develop a website design to attract new customers.
We conducted a study of the target audience of customers and compared the results with the company's goals. This allowed us to formulate the mission and values of Beta Online. This served as the basis for the entire branding process.
On this basis, we collected references to find a balance between technology, working with people and a human approach. This made it possible to form the main visual constants: including color palette, typography, and imagery.
After determining the winning concept, we focused on its refinement of micro-interactions, the mobile version and the markup of metrics.
